Hi, It never crossed my mind that there was a site like yours fully
devoted to Lobo.. Rekindling back to my teen days, I guess Lobo will always
stand out as my favourite singer and still an ardent fan. I remember he
put on a show here in Malaysia sometime in he 70's and I missed it. I hope
Lobo will come back someday. I've got most of his LP's since the 70's and
still buying the same albums on CD.. the classical one I can't get is "Come
With Me" on CD. Any ideas? Anyway, your web site is a great piece of work.
Keep it up & I'll visit more often. Three cheers for you. Bye &
Regards. BS Lee

Thank you fellow Lobo fans for signing the birthday guestbook. I enjoyed

Thanks for the sight. Have for years been looking for word on my favorite
artists. The songs always prodced feelings and emotions that are permanent.
My wife of 22 years always teases me about my teenage days of sitting in
my rocking chair, listening to obo songs and pining after her. Happy to
see I might be able to get some new material.

I first heard LOBO when I was in high school, (20 years ago) &
I love his music, but I have to admit I have only the one album. (Please
dont pick on me about that!) It's his great hits, & it alone "hooked
me", but I would'nt mind hearing some more.

I've been interested in Lobo's music since I was a kid. Also, I've
seen him on GPTV's Georgia Music Hall of Fame, where he performed "I'd
Love You To Want Me". I finally found that his GA connection was recording
that song (among several others) in Atlanta when Atlanta was at its peak
in being a recording center.

I remember fondly coping with the bittersweeet moments of my adolescent
years listening to Lobo's hits on WARM in Scranton. Alas, songs like "Don't
Expect Me to Be Your Friend" and "Just Waiting Out my Time Standing At
the End of the Line" were rather re evant to me then--and bring back vivid
memories even now. Where have all the great singer-songwriters of the '70s
(Don McLean too) gone?

For anyone looking to get the Ponycanyon CD's from Tower Records in
Singapore, I have been told that they will no longer take orders for Lobo's
CD's. We've been shut down :-(. Well it was good while it lasted. Thanks
