His music is inspiring and brings a level of happy groovieness to it all. I grew up listing to him, and now, turning 20

Message: I've loved Lobo since 1973 when I was a kid. I loved his '71 & '72 releases, but the 1973 releases were the best! Those songs meant a lot to me as a kid and later when I grew up & found myself in similar situations as what the
lyrics say in the '72 & '73 hits.
I bought the 'Best of Lobo' in '79. And after that tape stopped working, I bought another 'Best Of' in the 90s. I played it today (since I now have some time to go through all my old tapes & CDs). I went to Wikipedia & found this site. Glad to know Lobo is still making music. I had not heard of anything in over 30 yrs! I remember
hearing "Don't tell me goodnight" in 1975. I loved that one too! And "Rings" in 1974. Lobo's songs are the best! And they bring back great memories for me of when I was very young.
Thank You Kent for writing and recording such great songs. I'll love & cherish your tunes forever!

The cassette shop from where I sourced all my music requirements knew my test and offered me "Best of Lobo" and assured me that I am going to like it.
